Meet Afnaan
Afnaan is a typical high school student in Texas. She loves to hang out with her friends, has an internship, plays sports, is planning for college, and has lots of dreams for her future.
Her passion for learning, support of her peers and teams, and sparkling personality are just a few of the many attributes that make this young leader shine.
I’m a senior at Victoria West High School, and I plan on attending the University of Texas at Austin to study electrical and computer engineering. I am the senior class president and the president of the National Honor Society!
I am the coding captain on my school’s robotics team and I’m really excited for this year’s season. I no longer play soccer due to my injury, but my leg is all healed and working perfectly alhamdullilah. Outside of school, I am an engineering intern at Civil Corp, and I referee soccer games and assistant coach a kids’ team. I love spending time with my family and my two beautiful cats.
