Meet Sana
Sana is a Texas-based filmmaker, painter, creator, and Instagram personality with more than 30,000 followers. Her work merges Western and Eastern influences, exploring themes of resilience, poetic expression, and divine connection.
The passion and energy she puts into her creations, as well as her social media content about her creative process, is equally beautiful and inspirational.
I am a 24-year-old Pakistani American documentary filmmaker, painter, and content creator. As a recent Film graduate from The Savannah College of Art and Design, I craft short visual stories inspired by my adventures and experiences as a #PakistaniAmerican female artist living in South Texas.
This journey of creating work around Islamic themes has been so rewarding. Alhamdulillah, I’m so grateful to Allah for blessing me with the ability to pursue my passion daily, sustain myself through it, and, most importantly, find khushu and fulfillment in my work.
